Just suffered some traumatising moments just now. Spiders seem to enjoy staying as extra occupants in my room. Perhaps it's cooling for them to rest in my room. June helped me whacked the spider while I stomped repeatedly on the damned spider. Man. Yeah, I knew it was funny. But I was really scared of insects. So disgusting. C'est degoutant! Yuck! Today I attended the french class and the teacher taught us on the part of France, Champange. I didn't know there's so much to learn about the sparkling white wine, champange. I thought it is just some cheap and sparkling wine. From the way the extract the wine from the grapes till the end of the production process, it simply amazes me. Too bad we don't have a chance to follow the class to La Champange to see all these in practice because it's full. I was really thinking of getting some wine before I go back to Singapore. The teacher talked about Moet and Chadon. I heard about this before I reached France. It's pretty expensive in Singapore, about S$100 each. It costs 23 euros here for a bottle. Really hope we will be able to go Champange someday in this exchange trip. By the way, my friends and I will be travelling to Beaudoux and Nice from friday to monday. Beaudoux also produces wine. We'll go and see that but I feel it is not the same as going to Champange. Any way, we will get to taste the wine there. Should be quite fun.
