It's a long long long day. My clock seemed to be working super slow. Yeap, super duper slow. I'm super bored. Haiz. How should I start to say my story of the day? Woke up at 6.45am to collect keys from my friend. These few days my mind seemed to be amazingly awake even if I just wake up for a while to go to the toilet. Well, I could not sleep again. My super active brain starts to wander and I just thought of him again. I can't help it. It just wanders to him. After feeling miserable for like 1 and 3/4 hours, I decided that it's time to wake up. Brushed my teeth. Cleared my dirty bathroom. Did some crunches. Then, I called home. I've been wanting to call for the past few days, but I was just to lazy to call. Well, of course there is always someone occupying the phone booth too. It was a delightful chat with both my parents. Haha. My dad and mum kept interchanging the phone to talk with me. Oh.. I told them that I sent a 8.8kg parcel back home. Luckily, they didn't react. Okay, the parcel contains most of my stuffs. So if anyone at home wants the presents, it's mostly still with me here. So you all have to wait until I am back at December 29. Muahahaha! The parcel will arrive in Singapore in 2-3 weeks time. Please help mummy when she carries it back hor.. So, after calling home, I finally had my breakfast at 10am. Next, I finished my french homework, but my time was like only 10.30am. Duh. I looked for the lady to book my hostel inpection appointment and checked my email for other parts to include in my project, but no news. So I decided. Bathe and go Paris. And so by about 11.45pm, I was all ready and set to go Paris. Alone. Well, it's a new experience. Took the RER train. Today wasn't crowded at all. Perhaps it's still a Friday morning. Much people are still working. So at about 1pm, I stopped at the station, Chatelet Les Halles. Went in a lot of stores, trying to look for gifts for my family and friends. Buying gifts are indeed very hard. There was so many stores around and I took a long time to decide what to buy. This time, I discovered at Chatelet Les Halles was actually a very big building. For my previous trip, I think I only remembered a few shops there. Beyond Les Halles building, there are many small shops like Skechers, Levis - Men & Women stores, Puma, KFC (so hard to see a kfc store in France), McDonalds (well, as usual, they are everywhere), Quick, Pizzahut, and many more. I saw a lady with a Zara shopping bag, but I did not know where the shop was. Well, for those who wants to shop, you can come here. There's a lot of variety for young people like us, but the prices are still expensive as usual. Hey, I remembered last time my friend and I was saying that if you can find cheap things in France, then you can have reaction "Wah..". Haha. Back to the topic, I walked and walked and walked. By about 4pm, I was hungry and cold. Bought a big packet of fries and a cup of coffee(!!) at Mcdonalds. Slowly ate and ate and ate. Walked around a bit more and I decided it's time to go home because I wanted to buy my favourite baguette cereales back in Cergy. So I tooked the RER back. Well, by about 5pm, the sky was getting dark again. Like a 7pm sky colour in Singapore. It's the effect of nearing winter. My bread was hot when I paid for it. A ten minute walk back to hostel actually cooled my bread. It's so amazing. I think next time I want ice for my soft drinks, I can just put a cup with water outside my window and it will freeze. Oh man, can you imagine how cold it is? Well, yesterday I saw frost which originate from morning dews on the leaves. After I reached my hostel room, I took another bath and did a rehydrating mask. My face is really getting from bad to worse. I have some patches of dry spots on my face, despite that I applied Biotherm's Aquasource Nonstop moisture on my face every day. My Olay UV lies in one corner. It did not suit my skin here at all. Biotherm helped for a while, but now.. Haiz. I already finished up half the big bottle of Biotherm moisturer. What to do? The skins of my hands and legs are also dry. I'm currently using Doves intensive hands cream now, but still dry. How does people here survive dry skin their whole lives? Singapore still has the best climate, despite that it is quite hot at times. At least, my skin don't go haywire. I don't have dark eye cirlces. I have now which I think is due to the adjustment in time difference. Can you just imagine when I go back, I have to adjust back to Singapore timing? Wah. My diet and sleeping time will have to change again. Time check now. 8.30pm. Time is really slow. I wished my shifu aka. Big hair is here to watch television with me. I miss tv! Reminding me of it, Smallville dvd here is selling at quite cheap a price compared to Singapore. Should I buy, dear sisters? If yes, please say yes hor. Okay okay, after doing the mask, I ate instant noodles with lettuces and a hotdog. Actually, I wasn't hungry. I just cooked and ate because I was bored. Weird, I know. Then, I am typing my blog now. What should I do next? Rot? I know my blog is super boliao today. Haiz. Now 933 is playing the chinese song "Waiting for you". It's so heart melting. Awww.. Any idea who sang this? Ah girl, if you have this song please send me.
Countdown..
24 days to leaving hostel.
33 days to reaching home!!
