It's Sunday again. How time flies. It will be another 38 days before I will be home sweet home. It's 1 month and 2 weeks and 2 days. My little room, my soft bed, my pillows, and my little bear are worth anticipating about. I can play the piano at home, and watch chinese and english tv shows. Wah.. I feel deprived here. Tv, tv, tv.. I want to watch you! Oh.. And I can blast my favourite Jay Zhou's mp3s on the computer's speakers which sound good. All my mtvs and movies are at home too. Why didn't I bring all of these to France?
Yesterday was a "Paris Day" for me. Went to do some shopping with my two friends. Well, as usual, the shopping area was very crowded. Swarm with people. I thought the Galerie Lafayette was like our Takashimaya in Singapore. Sells tons of makeups and expensive designer wears. Just by exploring the makeup level, my friends and I had fun. They had a mini makeover by the Bobby Brown staff. Well, the makeup was so good that just by watching, I actually felt convinced to buy an eyeshow that can be used as an eyeliner and a eyeliner brush. It was really nice watching my friends having more makeups than usual. Really girly. After the trip to Nice, I turned so tan that my face powder did not suit me anymore. And before we came to Paris, the girls got a shock when I stepped out of the hostel because I looked too white. Oops. Okay, now I got a Clinique face powder that suits my face. Hee. Anyway, we shopped enough makeups to get a tax refund. Amazing, right?
Besides lingering in the makeup sections, we also managed to shop for clothes. Maybe it's due to the influence of my friend, I am starting to feel craziness for lingeries. Yeap, I bought a few more beautiful undergarments for my wants. Being here is crazy for the budget. How not to spend? I am losing control. Perhaps I had shopped too much normal clothes, that I didn't really want to buy any more clothings. Well, my mega luggage might be exploding already. I need to stop!
Althought it was raining and cold in Paris, we had Nutella crepes which was highly recommended by my friend in Singapore. It was pretty nice, except the lady put too much Nutella in the crepe. Every bite had too much chocolate. Well, this experience was a little too overwelming.
It was a fun day. Actually nothing to spoilt my mood, until I stepped in the Galerie Lafayette's Men's section. Everything starts to remind me of him again. There was really a point I was ready to start crying, but I stopped myself. Why cry for someone unworthwhile? He doesn't think you will ever matter to him anymore. Luckily, we left the section quite soon. Shortened my misery. Haiz. I'm fine. Okay now.
I have got a guest coming over later. And it's dear Song! We will be cooking sweet and sour pork, and fried rice for her. She's a Korean. A very very sweet girl. I believe if I am sweet, she is more ant-inducing than me. Hehe. Well, I'll update my blog later. Stay tune..
