Watched Victor Hugo's Notre Dame de Paris at the indoor stadium yesterday.
This musical spectacular was truly an enjoyment.
Their singing was solid and soulful.
It had seemingly transported me to the streets of Paris and I felt like a passerby witnessing all the riots on the street.
I want to applaud their dances because it was almost like stunts.
My friends and my heart skipped a beat where there was this scene of people ringing the giant dangling bells of Notre Dame Cathedral in mid-air using their only their bodies and strength.
It was amazing to see what these cast can do.
They also scaled up and down the walls of the Cathedral with ease.
This show's interpretation was more about the romance than the Cathedral.
It depicted a story about a grotesquely hunchback bell ringer, Quasimodo, who fell in love with this beautiful gypsy woman, Esmeralda.
The priest of the Cathedral, Frollo, was attracted to the gypsy woman, but felt sinfulness as he desired for love.
And thus, the story goes on about the self-destruction, all thanks to the priest.
Many times I have heard about the name of this story but I don't know what it is about.
Haha. Finally I understood..
If you wanna know the story, you can read from

Yesterday was another round tightening session with my orthodonist.
Finally, she put on elastics to close the gaps in my lower molars.
I tell you..
Elastics are from hell.
Wah. I could hardly feel my teeths.
Dinner with my friends at Dim Tai Fung was almost tasteless because my weak teeths could hardly bite into anything at all.
It just felt like the first day being braced when my part-time job's colleague gave me a treat.
The fish that I had was also tasteless and I glupped everything down with water. Haha.
Anyway, this short time pain is for the longer future.

I still love my braces!
